Instructions for Parcel Receipt
Please open and inspect the parcel within 7 days of receiving it. To safeguard our mutual interests, it is essential to record the entire unpacking process via video.
In case of any discrepancies with the order, missing items, product defects, or contamination, please contact us promptly.

Verification Period and Return/Exchange Policy
You are entitled to a 7-day verification period, starting from the day after you receive the product, including weekends and holidays.
To request a return or exchange within this period, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Certain exceptions apply per "Reasonable Exceptions for Rescission of Communication Transactions."
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your name, order number, contact number, the name of the product you wish to return, reasons for return, and photos, if applicable.

Return Instructions
Consumers have a 7-day verification period starting from the day after receiving the product (including holidays). Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within this period. Late requests will not be accepted.
The "verification period" is not a "trial period." Returned products must be in brand new condition and include all original packaging (product, accessories, gifts, original packaging bags, boxes, and paper). Please do not omit any accessories, disassemble the product, or cause any damage.
Both the original outer box and packaging are integral parts of the product. Any loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your rights for a return or exchange. Products that have been unsealed, used, cannot be restored to their original state, or lack integrity will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you want to return the product due to ordering errors or personal preferences, and the original order qualified for free shipping, the refund will deduct the shipping fee if the order no longer meets the free shipping threshold after the return.
The following cases are not eligible for returns:
Exceeding the 7-day verification period.
Product has been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
The packaging of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
Malicious or excessive returns.
Return Process
The day after applying for a return, you will have 15 days to complete the return process. Failure to contact us, return the product, or complete the return process within this time will result in automatic cancellation of the return request, and you will not be able to reapply.

Refund Details
For credit card payments, once the refund request is approved, our backend system will send a notification of the refund. Refunds for the purchase amount will be credited to the original credit card within 5-7 working days. If the refund spans the consumer's credit card billing date, the amount will be refunded on the next month's statement.
For cash-on-delivery payments, after confirming the successful return, the funds will be transferred to the consumer's designated bank account. Please provide your bank account details (account name, bank account, branch code) during the return process. After the refund, consumers are responsible for verifying it through their bank statements.
Exchange Instructions
Exchange requests are primarily accepted for product defects or incorrect shipments within the 7-day verification period (including holidays). Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted. To avoid disputes, please inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt.
If the product is damaged or contaminated due to improper disassembly or use by the consumer, an exchange will not be accepted.
Due to variations in screen resolutions on different computers and mobile devices, the website photos may sometimes differ in color from the actual product. Exchange criteria are determined by LUCYKLE.
Exchange Process
If both you and our store agree to process an exchange, please proceed with the return process for the original order and place a new order on the website. Our company will send an invoice for the price difference, which will either be charged or refunded accordingly. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
